How to Check Your Permission Level


1. From your applicant tracking system (ATS) dashboard, go to the Hamburger Menu in the upper right of your screen and select Account Details from the Main Menu.




2. On the Account Details page, you'll see what access level your user account has been set to.




How To Make Changes To Your User Access Level


If your access level is set to Read-Only, Reviewer, or Manager, you will need to contact either your company's Account Owner or another person who has Admin-level access in your company if you would like changes made to your access level. The Account Owner is the person who has ownership over your company's account; there is only one Account Owner for an account. Not sure who that is?
