If you mark an applicant as hired and send them to onboarding in HRP/Prism, but the employee fails to start working, you may want to remove them from the system. This could be because they failed a background check or a drug screen, or simply didn't show up for work on the first day. Fortunately, you can delete any newly hired employee that you haven't paid yet. For more information on how to do this, please visit the PrismHR support portal, as this is related directly to the Prism system and not the Hiring module. can still be deleted.
