The following is a list of fields from the applicant's profile in your HiringThing account that will be imported into your HRPyramid account when using the integration via the Mark as Hired button.

Imported Fields

Note: only fields that have been filled out in your applicant's HiringThing profile will be imported.

1) First name

2) Last name

3) Address

4) Personal email address

5) Position applied for

6) Application date 

Fields are also imported if activated:

1) Gender (if applicant self-identifies on the EEOC Survey)

2) Ethnicity (if applicant self-identifies on the EEOC Survey)

3) Veteran status (if applicant self-identifies on the EEOC Survey) 

4) SSN and DOB (if activated on the offer letter settings page)
