DISA offers various background check services tailored to your hiring needs. Here’s what you can access through your account:


DISA packages

Complete Package

Includes:

  • Education Verification – Confirms the highest educational degree obtained.
  • Employment Verification – Covers either the two most recent employers or the past five years of employment history (whichever comes first).


Need results faster? You can opt for a Rush Order for an additional $53.00.


NOTE: Drug screenings cannot be rushed.

State-Mandated Fees

Some states require additional fees for criminal background searches. If your candidate’s jurisdiction falls into one of these states, the extra fee will be included in your invoice:

  • $23.00 – South Dakota
  • $21.00 – Montana
  • $21.00 – Wyoming
  • $32.00 – Vermont
  • $32.00 – Maine


New York-Specific Fee

New York requires an additional $101.00 fee for background searches. This fee will only apply if your applicant has a current or past address in New York.


Additional state-mandated fees may apply for any alias names you authorize us to search.


Note: Pricing excludes applicable sales tax.

Who Can Access Background Checks?

To keep sensitive information secure, only users with permission to "View Restricted Files" can access background check reports. By default, this includes Admins and Account Owners.


If your plan allows, you can customize user roles and permissions to grant access to other team members.
