Authorized users can launch PrismHR Hiring directly from the main navigation menus within the platform. The access path varies depending on whether the user is logged in as a Service Provider or a Worksite Manager, and this article provides the steps for both.


Service Provider:


1. Log in to PrismHR with Service Provider credentials.

2. Navigate to HR > Action > Hiring

 



Once that menu item is selected, PrismHR Hiring will launch in the existing environment. 


Example:



Worksite Managers:


1. Log into PrismHR with Service Provider credentials

2. Navigate to My Employees > HR Action > Hiring



Once this menu item is selected PrismHR Hiring interface launches within the existing environment.

 


TIPS/NOTES:


  • Permissions Required: If the Hiring option is not visible under the HR/Action menu, the user’s User Role may need to be updated to include Full Access to the Hiring module

 

  • Environment Stability: The module opens within the current browser window to maintain seamless workflow.
