Need to post a job in another language? No problem! Our ATS lets you create a job description in one language and match it with an application form in the same language—so your applicants stay on the same page (literally and figuratively).

Follow these steps to get everything aligned:

Step 1: Create a New Job

  • Head over to your Dashboard.

  • Click Create a New Job.

Step 2: Enter the Job Description

  • On the Edit Job page, type your job title and description in the language of your choice.

  • Note: We do not offer language translation for the job description field. This part is all you!

  • Scroll down until you see the Show Advanced Options section.

Step 3: Set the Application Form Language

  • Click Show Advanced Options to expand the menu.

  • Scroll to Application Form Language.

  • Select the desired language from the dropdown menu.

Note: The application form will appear to candidates in the language you select here, while the job description remains in the language you originally wrote it in.

Optional: Use a Parent Job to Consolidate Applicants

Want to keep things tidy? You can link this translated job to a Parent Job—ideal when you're offering the same job in multiple languages.

Here’s how it works:

  • After selecting the application language, you'll see an option to assign a Parent Job.

  • All applicants, regardless of language, will be funneled into the parent job posting.

Example:
Let’s say you're hiring a Convenience Assistant and post jobs in both English and Spanish. If someone applies through the Spanish version, their application will still be grouped under the English "Parent Job." That way, you're not juggling multiple postings for the same role.

Translating your application form helps you reach more candidates without creating chaos on the back end. If you run into any hiccups or have questions along the way, our support team is always happy to help—just give us a shout!
