Keeping tabs on every client's hiring activity shouldn't require ten browser tabs and a strong cup of coffee. That's exactly why we built the Hiring Dashboard: one home base where your Service Provider team can see hiring KPIs and active job postings across all your clients, at a glance. Here's a look at what's waiting for you, followed by three quick steps to switch it on in PrismHR.

Enable Access to the Hiring Dashboard

Grab your PrismHR admin access, and let's get you set up. It only takes three steps.

Step 1: Create a Custom Process (Menu Item)

• Go to System Parameters > Custom Process.
• Fill in the fields as follows:
  • Process ID: HTGDASHBOARD
  • Name: Hiring Dashboard
  • Category: HR
  • Sub Category: Action
  • Display in Menus: Checked
  • Display in Search: Checked
  • Role Specific: Service Provider
  • SSO Service: HTG_DASH
  • Use SSO Init: Tandem SSO

Fill in the Custom Process fields exactly as shown.

Step 2: Update User Roles

Add the Hiring Dashboard menu item to the appropriate User Role.

Step 3: Confirm Your ATS User Account

• Single sign-on only works if you already exist as a user in the ATS. Ask an administrator to check the Manage Users screen and add you if you're not there yet.
• One detail worth double-checking: the email address on your ATS user account must match the email on your Service Provider user record in PrismHR. Think of it as your two accounts needing matching name tags at the same party.

You're In!

Once these three steps are complete, you can reach your new Hiring Dashboard two ways:

• Go to the HR | Action menu and select Hiring Dashboard.
• Or type “Hiring Dashboard” into the search bar and click the result.
