How to Choose Your Plan:

  1. Using the Main Menu, select Account Details
  2. Select Plan Options
  3. Review the available plans and pick the one that best fits your hiring needs
  4. Click Submit and follow the prompts to finalize your selection


What Happens If You Change Plans Mid-Billing Cycle?

Ah, the classic question! If you switch to a higher or equivalent plan, we’ll automatically calculate a credit for any prepaid balance and apply it to your new plan.


Example Scenarios:


NOTE: Costs are for illustrative purposes only and may not reflect the current plan pricing. Your renewal date may also differ. 


Moving from Standard Monthly ($99/month) to Flex 5 Job Plan ($105/month)

  • Your Standard plan renews on the 14th of each month
  • You switch to the Flex plan on the 1st of the month
  • We calculate a credit for 14 unused days:
    • $99 / 30 days × 14 days = $46 credit
  • Your first month’s charge for Flex 5 Job Plan:
    • $105 - $46 credit = $59 for the first month


Moving from Evolve Annual ($1,920/year) to Flex 3 Job Plan ($73/month)

  • Your Evolve Annual plan renews on September 1st
  • You switch to Flex 3 Job Plan on May 1st
  • We calculate a credit for 4 unused months:
    • $1,920 / 12 months × 4 months = $640 credit
  • That $640 credit will be applied to your new monthly payments until it runs out
