  1. Navigate to PrismHR and Login

  2. Navigate to System Parameters

  3. Open the Actions menu and select SSO ServicesGraphical user interface, application

  1. Select the + icon to add a new SSO Service. Enter in your preferred name for the Service ID and Description. Select External as the type and enter in the Service URL provided. (https://login.prismhr-hire.com/hrpyramid). Select Save when complete. Graphical user interface, application, table, Excel

  1. Open the Actions menu again and select Custom ProcessGraphical user interface, application

  1. Enter in your preferred naming for the Process ID and Name. Please note the name entered here will be what shows in the menu and search bar. Additionally, select the category and sub category designating where you want this menu item to live in Prism. Check the Display in Menus and Display in Search to turn this functionality on. 

    Within the SSO Forms section, select the 
    SSO Service that you just created. Under Use SSO Init select SSO. Click Save to complete this step. Graphical user interface, application

  1. Navigate to the User Roles screen in Prism. Create a new role ID or open the existing role you wish to add PrismHR Hiring to. On the role, select the Add button at the bottom of the screen.

  1. On the User Role Maintenance screen, search for the Custom Process name that you created. Check the checkbox in the Select column and select Accept at the bottom of the screen. This will add this to your role.

  1. Once back on the User Role screen select Save to apply your change. If you added this to an existing role that is already applied to users, you can skip step 10.

  1. If this is a new role, you will need to add this role to all applicable users. Navigate to the Users screen in Prism. Find and open up a user that you wish to add this role to. Click on the icon under the User Roles section of this screen. This will create a blank row. Now select Role ID to add your new role.

  1. Select the new role that includes PrismHR Hiring. Save the user for the change to take effect. Graphical user interface, application, table

  1. To activate a new client on PrismHR Hiring, navigate to that client in Prism, open PrismHR Hiring, agree to the terms and conditions and select Get Started. This activates the account for usage.
