We are excited to announce the launch of our new report type in the Download Report page called Order History Report. This report is available to everyone and provides valuable insights into your order history with us.
To access Downloadable Reports, use the Reports Menu at the top of the page and select Downloads.
This will bring you to the Downloadable Reports Page and there you'll see the Order History Report option.
The Order History Report tracks all in-app purchases, such as DISA Background Checks, Paid Job Advertisements, and Reference Checks. This report is a great way to keep track of your expenses and ensure that you are staying within your budget.
Finally, we are pleased to announce that report filtering compatibility is a quick follow-up addition, as our team of engineers are working to add that feature now. This feature will allow you to filter your order history by date, product, or service, making it easier than ever to find the information you need.
We hope that you find this new report type useful and informative. As always, if you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact our customer support team. We are here to help!
Some Fun Facts About This Report:
- If you're working with an external service for background checks or have a custom setup with DISA, this report won't include those transactions since they don't go through our Applicant Tracking System (ATS). And the same goes if you're collaborating with an external company for reference checks—those expenses won't pop up here either.
- Even if you snag some job board options from our shopping cart that show a price tag of $0 when you check out, they'll still make an appearance in this report. This includes the no-cost LinkedIn Limited (deprecated by LinkedIn in October of 2024) option and any Indeed sponsored job ads you've paid for directly through your Indeed Employer portal, bypassing the ATS. These will show with a $0 in the "Amount" column. However, Free Job Boards that you switch on in the settings (and don't add through the 'Post to Job Boards' page) won't show up in this roundup.
- For those of you utilizing Daily Job Board Campaigns, like ZipRecruiter Daily and LinkedIn Daily, here's the scoop: these are billed every seven days, whenever you decide to cancel, or when you pull the job from the listings. So, in this report, you'll see them listed in 7-day chunks. For example, if you let a Daily campaign run its course for 16 days straight, it'll show up thrice in the report, marked as two 7-day periods followed by a 2-day stint.
- And here's another nugget of info that might come in handy: some products don't charge until they are complete. Take Background Checks, for instance; those will not appear on this report until they hit your credit card, so you won't see any that are currently in process. So keep an eye out and make sure you check the Activity Tab in the Applicant Profile if you're not sure if a background check has been requested for someone already.
- And just a heads-up: This report will showcase data for all purchases made from March 22, 2024 onward. But hang tight, because we're on a mission to enhance our reporting features continuously, and we'll be folding in even more details into this report down the line. We're all about making things better and easier for you!
